A sulphur-crested cockatoo with white plumage and a bright yellow crest peers out from a dark hollow near the top of a weathered tree trunk. The tree's bark is rough and grey-brown, and the hollow opening is surrounded by worn, jagged wood. The background is a slightly cloudly blue sky.

One of two sulphur crested cockatoos that nest in this tree. I can't be certain, but I'm pretty sure the same birds are there year after year.
